WHO WE ARE
The Natasha Watley Foundation (NWF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young women by promoting healthy lifestyle choices, building self-esteem, and developing leadership skills through the game of softball.
WHAT WE DO
We serve girls in historically marginalized communities, introducing them to softball through camps, clinics, leagues, and scholarships—giving them access to mentorship, athletic opportunities, and life-changing experiences.
WHY WE NEED YOU
Over the past 15 years, we’ve impacted over 9.500+ girls—but we’re just getting started!
With a bold vision to surpass 10,000 girls served in our lifetime, we are striving to impact 1,700 girls this year—and we need passionate leaders like you to help us get there. We are expanding our Board of Directors and seeking five dynamic leaders to help drive our mission forward. Your expertise, passion, and leadership can make a lasting difference in shaping the next generation of strong, confident women.
